Corporate brochure
To convey that SK is a different kind of property management company, we created a different kind of corporate brochure.
We chose to use illustrations instead of the usual property photos for two reasons:
- it made the brochure stand out from their competition and
- it prevented the brochure from being instantly outdated when a property shown in the brochure fell off their client list, a problem they had had with previous brochures.
